-Connect your device to a computer using USB port. After successful connection, then go to “My Computer” and click on your device. Your pictures are under the “DCIM” folder then click and drag this folder to your desktop, or to any other folder where you want to store this backup of your pictures. Also backup the “Music” folder in the same manner, by dragging it to where you want your backuped music files to be saved. Repeat this process for all the folders you want to backup, like “images” and “Downloads”
Note: They’ll be deleted once the device is reset.

Turn off your Android device, Press and hold the “power”, “volume down”,and “camera” buttons at the same time. If your mobile device doesn’t have a camera button by its side, then press and hold the “power” and “volume down” buttons for like 10 seconds. Scroll using your “Volume up and down” button until you find the “Factory Data Reset” option. Tap on the “Factory Data Reset” option, and then tap “Reset phone”. A confirmation message to clear the data will instantly appear , select “Erase everything”, which will permanently delete all of the data. Congrats! Your phone has been unlocked successfully.
Connect your phone back to the computer to restore your saved files.
